Pressure/Soft Washing

Preparation: First, we prepare the area by removing any furniture, vehicles, or obstacles. We also cover nearby plants, electrical outlets, and other sensitive areas to protect them from water and cleaning solutions.

  • Pre-Treatment: For tough stains or mold, we might apply a pre-treatment solution to loosen grime and make the cleaning process more effective. This step helps break down grease, oil, mold or other contaminants.

  • Pressure Washing/Soft Washing: Using high-pressure, we clean the concrete surface. For siding and vinyl surfaces, we rely on our detergents while using low pressure to rinse the surface, preventing any damage to the property.

  • Rinsing: After the main cleaning, we rinse the surface with water to wash away any remaining debris and cleaning solution. This helps reveal the clean surface and ensures no residue is left behind.

  • Inspection and Final Touches: Once the area is dry, we inspect it to ensure all stains and dirt have been removed. If needed, we can perform touch-ups or address any remaining spots.

  • Clean-Up: Finally, we clean up the work area, removing any coverings and ensuring that everything is left in its original condition.

Leaf Removal

Preparation: We prepare the area by removing any obstacles, such as garden decorations or outdoor furniture, to ensure we can access all the leaves easily. We also make sure to protect any plants or sensitive areas from being damaged.

  • Leaf Collection:

    • Manual Raking: For areas with a moderate amount of leaves or in delicate spots, we use rakes to gather the leaves into piles. This method is gentle on your lawn and allows us to target specific areas.

    • Blower: For larger areas or heavy leaf cover, we use a leaf blower to quickly gather leaves into piles. This tool is efficient for covering larger spaces and making the collection process faster.

  • Removal and Disposal: Once the leaves are gathered into piles, we collect them using bags or containers. Depending on your preference or local regulations, we can either take the leaves with us for disposal or leave them for you to manage, such as for composting.

  • Final Cleanup: After the main removal process, we do a final pass to ensure no stray leaves are left behind. We also check for any debris that might have been missed and tidy up the area to ensure it looks pristine.

  • Inspection: We perform a final inspection to ensure that the entire area is clean and that no leaves are left in your garden beds or other sensitive areas.

Snow Removal

Preparation: We ensure that our equipment is ready and that any obstacles, such as garden decorations or outdoor furniture, are cleared or protected. This step ensures that we can work efficiently and safely.

  • Snow Plowing/Shoveling:

    • Plowing: For large areas like driveways and parking lots, we use a snow plow to remove the bulk of the snow. This equipment pushes the snow to the sides, clearing a path and making the surface accessible.

    • Shoveling: For smaller areas or tight spaces where plowing is not practical, we use shovels to manually remove the snow. This method allows us to clear areas with precision and avoid damage to delicate surfaces.

  • Salting/De-Icing:

    • Application: After the snow is removed, we apply a layer of salt or de-icing agent to the cleared surfaces. This helps to melt any remaining ice and prevents new ice from forming. We carefully spread the salt to ensure even coverage and optimal effectiveness.

  • Final Inspection: Once the salting is complete, we inspect the area to ensure that all snow and ice have been effectively managed. We check for any spots that might need additional treatment or where snow might have drifted back onto the cleared surfaces.

  • Clean-Up: We tidy up the work area, removing any excess salt or debris that might have been scattered during the process. We also make sure that all equipment is properly stored and that your property is left in good condition.
